LUCID DREAMS

  • Saturday, May 2nd
    5pm to 8pm

  • May 2 – June 22, 2026
We’re open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm and by appointment.

A story about gaining clarity. Featuring new work by earth-pigment painter Ryan Snow and blown glass vessels by multi-disciplinary artist Rebecca Mapes. Constructs are examined, embraced, and reimagined. Form and space converse with light. Mediums harmonize and transmit calibration, allowing access to a more enlightened way of seeing. Through physical dialogue with materials that carry their own internal logic, or a message channelled from the field, we’re inspired to listen and respond. In doing so, we find something more honest and true to nature.

REBECCA MAPES

Rebecca Mapes is a multidisciplinary artist whose work currently comprises painting, jewelry, collage and glass blowing. Originally from upstate New York, Rebecca has always been drawn to bucolic landscapes and organic shapes. With an emphasis on plants, flowers, stones and shells, she explores the space between form and function, creating pieces that are often playful, and always anchored in the natural affordances of the medium.

RYAN SNOW

Ryan Alexandre Snow is an abstract minimalist artist whose painting work explores the balance of peaceful mind inspired by nature, color, symmetry and resonance. His current body of work consists of organic shapes of color overlapping on raw canvas in perfect spacial harmony within the frame creating a feeling of zen. With a focus on the total resonance of each piece, his practice has evolved to include foraging nature for earth pigment to make his own natural paints, and collecting unique rare pigments from around the globe.
